Growth in the US is forecast at 1.6% for 2016 and 2.2% for 2017. In Canada, growth has been forecast at 1.2% for 2016 and 1.9% for 2017. Mexico is expected to grow at 2.1% for 2016 and 2.3% in 2017. The picture is similar in Europe. Growth in Germany forecast at 1.7% for 2016 and 1.4% for 2017. UK growth was pegged at 1.8% for 2016 and 1.1% for 2017.
